30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personal care items that have been opened or used
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
• If the return is for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
